A child begins its life and follows its journey in life like a butterfly! Entering our world like a small egg laid on the leaf of a flower, a child in its mother’s womb beams life potential. Nine months later, this life potential unfolds. The egg hatches and it undergoes what resembles a caterpillar stage crawling its way into life. It starts making connections, gathers experiences, interacts and is exposed to the possibility that lies ahead. At its chrysalis stage, Remediation commences! In its chrysalis, the caterpillar seems like it is only resting but in fact, it is experiencing some extraordinary changes. Through identifying strengths and weaknesses, targeted and individualised support, intense work, considerable effort and effective collaboration with its surroundings, the child, step by step, experiences its own metamorphosis, eventually transforming into a splendid, luminous butterfly!
